Ericsson is one of the largest telecom industry having multiple opportunities, spportove staff, salary also good, providing travelling allowances, Here we can grow up and can learn most of the things which is required to do job for a long time, and lot many things. I am felling so glad that I worked here, and I would also like to work in this organization in future as Network Engineer

There is no additional innovations where I had worked. Not much freedom

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable , high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent , but no growth . The work pressure is very high. Some times I work 14-20 .

The Company gave me a lot of pressure to make company better but good for my career, salary little bit less because working hour was 24hr.

Dislikes

24hr working, problems in travelling due to less vehicle provided, some one used to play politics among us.

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.
