Ericsson is one of the largest telecom industry having multiple opportunities, spportove staff, salary also good, providing travelling allowances, Here we can grow up and can learn most of the things which is required to do job for a long time, and lot many things. The Company gave me a lot of pressure to make company better but good for my career, salary little bit less because working hour was 24hr.

24hr working, problems in travelling due to less vehicle provided, some one used to play politics among us.

Dislikes

No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that
