Appraisals, like other organizations, is linked to annual performance of employee and the company. Travel - As per business needs. It takes care of employees' security for all kinds of travel. Friendly travel desk with round the clock support. Politics - It is needed Work environment - Awesome. The company has a standard infrastructure in all offices across various locations. I like it. Innovation - There are passionate leaders driving this through EI and other technologies. Work life balance - It depends on individuals to maintain. It is all about how you manage your work and yourself.

Salary on time but it is very less as we have to work more than 12-13 hours daily .

Too much politics Too much pressure No humidity Only work, the work is weekly target basic and every 6th days we need to finish the target though we have to work every day 12-13 hours. Mana ATT projects are really painful for all modeler. Any time ericsson can fire, No increment no promotion Only donkey work Who give hard work, he has to work more without any apraisal. Official time is 2pm but we need to login @10 am and finish at 11 pm every day

Dislikes

No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that

Maybe some people get great package but I had joined at low package but I am performing very well my boss give me just few appreciation points and reward but in case of increment he just give hardly 5-8% this is extremely low.
