I have total 7-8 years experience in telecom domain as a incident Manager but I need a change now and need to join as a incident Manager in IT domain but most of the companies are hiring for the tools like if we know jira, servicenow like that for incident Manager we know how to drive and with our experience we can handle but still noone recruiting could you please suggest I need to relocate to chennai. Please support

No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.

I really like the culture of Ericsson. There is job security. Most of all you don't have to be stuck at single project, if you have the potential and capability to grow you can get into any project. There is constant feedback taken from your managers and peers.
