I feel happy to write out few words about our company.It's my first company from where I started my professional career properly.Before this company, I have worked for few organizations but there I did not feel professional life.I have learned a lot of things from here, like technology, time management, patience, communication skill and more.The environment of this office is very friendly, it's like a family.I love this organization and all employees of this company.

Salary structure needs to modify, like all big organizations.

... was no work pressure. Well the company extended no support during the pendemic. Further to make the situation worse, they laid off 80% of their employees and intend to pay the salary for the month of March in instalments.

They never welcome new ideas nor do they practice them. It's a company run by worst dictators.

A very good work culture and helps in learning new technologies.

Dislikes

The compensation level is too low as compared to market standards. The motivation to work vanishes when your compensation is par below expectation and there is no mode to discuss it.

Coworkers are friendly and supportive.

This is hire and fire company. You don't even know why have you been fired. This company run by few old idiot vps and cto. Zero power of HR. Don't even think to join. They will ruin your career.

Its a technology company creating various software for hospitality management. Work culture is good, you can explore and implement different technology. Very good team of architects and developers. Management gives you opportunity to try and bring changes which are good for employees and technology. Salary no bar for deserving people, I enjoyed every bit of my stay in this company. Dislikes

As this is a product company there is work pressure but having said that you get the flexibility and opportunity to work as per commitments made to clients. Management listen to you and they are very compassionate. Technology stacks are good and they try to bring new technology stacks which provide ample growth opportunity. There is always demand to excel which is somewhat good, I think I enjoyed!
