You get appriciated if they need you else you will never been get single word of apriciation. Managers are biggest fools they are maintaining giving salary. They talk nonsense, no technology knowledge, no upgradation mind set just take salary and enjoy. Salary date is not fixed some time you will get 2-3 months salary in pieces. Also if your client is not paying AMC your salary will go on hold. Sales manager is bull dog, he will bit you every day just to show he is boss. Your salary will be diducted per minute basis if you are late, but there is no policy when you work late hours (which is every day you have to work) Single +ve thing is CEO he is only genious person surrounded by donkies. You can learn lot things from him(if you get chance to work with him)

No job security Very poor compansation Per minute salary deduction (think about Mentality) No relax leave(on every leave there is fire at client side) No work life balance No technically sound people No benifits

It's worst company i ever seen.notic period they will be adjust accordingly they need .Work culture worst.rules like we are in school.late marking if you reach late 10 minutes

Eresource Infotech is good company for freshers and as well experienced people. They best of this company is there is no politics. Eresource has variety of ERP and learning about multi domain ERP functionality will help in future.

One thing I would like to say there should be learning programs for employees.

There’s a lot of learning in this company and even the growth opportunities are high if you’re a good performer. The team players even the Product Owners are good and supportive.

Dislikes

The working culture is pathetic! No appreciations, but heavy load of work. Salaries not on time. Management is very poor. Plus you may get frequent threats of being thrown out of the company. No proper KRAs defined against the designation.
