I dislike my salary.Now, salary is not most important thing for me, But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account, I know that people with my job earn better, in my company in this area, and I see no reason why I should not earn more.

The salary annual increment will be 1500-3000 only Job timing 09:00am-19:00pm You are note allowed to sunt down your system before 7 pm by any cost The owner is abusive in nature. You will never get appreciation for the hardware but if any mistake done your will be fired on the spot.if you want growth don't join the company

The company is adopts latest technology. I love the fact that Iam a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global, client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I have to work 10 hours straight in a day.

Product is one of the best thing that ERD manufacturing....marketing team is good.. Boss is good.. Hr team is good

Sales coordination is poor ..team leader is worst ..she don't even know how to handle a team..not able to talk to client or party...expenses is 5 to 7 days late always. No proper management...sales coordinater is good for nothing..seniors in sales department are lazy..not able to solve customers complain..always bzy in gossips

Working hours 10 hours. Notice period is 3 moths . They didn't give anything after resignation. Canteen is not available. Very bad company. No training. Only labour work. Only soldering karwate h bs
