There's nothing to Dislike About Erc Eye Care, as we know that in every Organisation face some internal problems/issues. And if any kind of problems occurs than the organization try to solve the issue as soon as possible and thats the good part of Erc Eye Care.

The primary reason I enjoy working here is the supportive environment, particularly the consistent guidance from my reporting manager. She is always there to provide assistance, and when I make mistakes, she ensures I learn from them constructively. Overall, my experience with the company has been highly positive.

The members of the management team are highly qualified and reputable in their field, however, there is a significant mismatch of the thinking between the management and the "decision-maker."

I am very happy to work at erc eye care because it allows me to learn something new. And there are many good facilities for patients like home eye test,free eye treatment camp. Free eye examination for life for only Rs. 49 and patients are given a lot of attention.

I like everything but I don't get paid based on my experience and hard work

The worst things happen in the company is that the top management has no knowledge of its employees. As an HR I was shocked that all the employees including me are treated with disrespect and look down for minor mistakes, and politics took place tremendously.
