politics in some selected Department I was Region my job Due to less salary ofcourse but another region is Departmental Politics in some selected Department. Where I'm there no Sufficient staff Ratio that hard to take Leave. Need Convence incharge that is very bad thing. I was never discussed it to Hr Thay are never take it seriously etc. the yearly increment Ratio is very low and Employment Rules and regulations are very disappointed. like you are slave of organisation. And your mind will work as etc.

Good infrastructure, good colleagues, satisfactory employee experience. Not very over the top but yes better than most colleges of nursing. A lot of exposure to learn new things. I personally suggest, tutors should work here atleast for an year for overall grooming, and for learning how to work under deadlines, pressure, new responsibilities, have a lot of extra-curricular programs. One can choose their department, in which they want to teach even when they haven't done their PG. Well developed lecture theaters, labs etc. Teaching is very interesting here, as we dont run for missing things. Everything is provided, just go and use them.

... informed about how to fill in leaves on the portal, while I was being oriented. And when I didnt know the how to, they deducted my salary no matter what. So basically when it comes to things like these, don't expect an employee friendly environment.

Here we are a 3D artist and do animation. And we like one thing here, everyone works together.

As much as the salary of 3-4 years of experience in the field of our people is as new as it is and our salary is able to increase rapidly.

Everything is fine. The work culture is very good. The facilities are also satisfactory and the management is regularly trying to improve.

Dislikes

The slow growth in respect to salary increments. Initially they recruit for 3 or 6 months and extend the tenure by 3 or 6 months only.

Relative Non interference of Management in daily chores of the faculty. Stability wise amongst the best in Pvt Medical Colleges. Salary though comparatively on the lower side in comparison to other Pvt Medical Colleges, it's ensured timely every month.

Dislikes

Constructive: Needs a face lift as far as ambience & approach is concerned. Could do well with a better Student:Faculty ratio
