Higher management are willing to do anything for employees but the managers in betweet workers and higher managers are not good and they are not appreciating or encouraging the workers and they are not helping to grow their careers

Dislikes

Salary/appraisal too bad - there are workers there with more than 6 years with a maximum salary of 18-20K/m

This company is caring their staff very much. They are spending lot of amount for Training programme from top to bottom. Over all work environment were good. I really enjoyed working with eram motors.
