The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel entire Maharashtra and Goa state. But inside travel is completely depend on your project and client's location. Mine is a Singapore based client and they have some offices in Singapore. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is a decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometime, I have worked 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometime late into the night. Managers do not value and individuals' unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation email from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is a no on-job training for fresher, hens senior Folks like me have to to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Dislikes

No growth in your career or any new things to explore. There is no place for your ideas or suggestions here, only the CEO's ancient ideologies will be followed. Too many internal politics due to which other members of the team will be affected. If you are good at nodding your head, backbiting, spreading unwanted rumors, and throwing your team members under the bus, you can very well sustain yourself here in the long term.
