Likes

The only positive about working for the company is that every role is super challenging (difficult). The company doesn't have competitive advantages or key relationships and they'll all have to be built by you on your own. It's like working in your own start up but without the upside.

Dislikes

Minimal work life balance, lack of professionalism, "lala" culture, lack of learning opportunities due to very few transactions (Most work is Business Development) and a lack of career growth opportunities.
