Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

It's like a small family growing together with support and hardwork. Its trying to compete top broking in this tough competitive market. All are supportive atmosphere is very positive to encourage everyone ..

Dislikes

Firstly There is short of hands in every department .Top management thinks save cost by not doing regular acquisition which is utmost necessary.Apart from that lack of latest software and technology.which drives the growth to next level. Frequent change in top level . Funds shortage at every step should be taken care of ..

The only positive about working for the company is that every role is super challenging (difficult). The company doesn't have competitive advantages or key relationships and they'll all have to be built by you on your own. It's like working in your own start up but without the upside.

Dislikes

Minimal work life balance, lack of professionalism, "lala" culture, lack of learning opportunities due to very few transactions (Most work is Business Development) and a lack of career growth opportunities.
