Every employee have some observation so seniors needs to get review feedback of employee to find out if anyone not happy due to something as every employee and company also have some plus minus should be addressed on time.

HR behavior not good with employee and causing employee not satisfied while doing work in company. HR found keeping top management unknown about employee issues causing employee resignation.
