The company is good. Company's Managing Director is very kind and gentle. The work ambience of head office is soothing. Anybody would love to work there.

Dislikes

Cannot handle outstation pipeline projects. The Incharge/Managers of all the pipeline projects takes the advantage of Managing Director's simplicity and his age factor which I did not like. The fraudsters in the Company does not allow honest and hardworking staff to survive and I being the manager had to face many challenges while working for pipeline project.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
