The only reason I am still working here despite all other cons. It's work life balance. No one would you to stretch for a day or in the weekends.

...No CAB facility for pickup. Poor Appraisal. Appraisal would be 5 to 7 % for all. Irrespective of your current salary. Products are not migrated with latest technologies. So no opportunity for new technologies to work with. Poor career growth. I have been working for more than 6 years and still no promotion.

Career growth Salary and appraisal. You will get only between 5% to 8% every year never mind the salary range. Its common for all from 1,00,000 LPA to 50,00,000 LPA. Promotions are hard to get.

Worst team in the Equiniti (Bank of Ireland) Guys don't join the team, very very very worst Manager (Ann mariya) she don't care of any employee in the team, totally 15 members of team members has left the job just like that from both the location Chennai and Bangalore, so they are hiring the people to put in the hell and no knowledge growth, carrier progression, treating all the employees like slave, This is the worst ever organisation HR and Team manager are acting in the same way with the employees and they have blocked all the allowance, to Bank of Ireland team members, Treating the women employees with out respect if the women raise the voice for anything in the team just they terminate without reason, this totally unfair, even the HR supporting for this activities.Kindly be safe before joining this team and ask the senior members how the team works not with managers and team leaders and HR all are sailing in the same Boat. No Job security mainly this is the Reality experience of the team (Bank of Ireland) Goodbye

...ery difficult to reach to someone in finance team both in chennai and Bangalore. night shift allowance are not paid on time and even after sending so many mails, they don't give a damn about replying. its our money we are asking, not yours lazy idiots., If higher management is seeing this, ask your finance team to have somee courtesy to reply. we are not working for free here. especially the US staffs are the ones who are suffering because of their carelessness. People in TRIL should have one person in finance team to speak to them directly.

Good work environment but worst management especially Nalini. IJP hikes are so biased that performing candidates don't get good and feet lickers get high package.

A**ho**s like Nalini .who only favour women employee and try to micromanage by saying should not talk and what dress to wear should be taken action on ..orelse this company won't survive as many agents are leaving jobs or searching new one because of her.
