I am writing this review to shed light on my personal experience with Equad engineering. My intention is to provide valuable insights and help protect you from what I consider an unprofessional, unethical, and exceedingly disappointing company. I encountered numerous issues during my tenure with this organization and it is somewhat astonishing that such companies still manage to exist in the industry. All the reviews you see in google is taken forcefully by the management team from every individual. I want to flashlight on the below three sectors. 1. Employees 2. Students For Employees: Equad engineering's recruitment process may initially appear professional and rigorous, but the reality is quite different. Once you're selected, they'll ask you to sign a two-year bond, requiring you to surrender either your certificates or one to two month's worth of salary as collateral. The management's behavior is unprofessional, unethical and borderline cruel, often pressuring employees to leave and demanding payment under threat of certificate forfeiture. the experience can be traumatizing, leaving you without peace of mind. Additionally, in terms of technical learning, Equad engineering primarily functions as a drafting company, with minimal focus on skill development. They do not adhere to industry standards and are inflexible with their own practices, which are of little value. I strongly advice caution before considering employment with this company. And they constantly terminate without notice and take the money from you. For Students (Skill development/Internships) Equad Engineering training programs are, in my opinion, chaotic and misleading. they employ unconventional approaches that deviate from industry norms. their certificates they offer may seem enticing but hold little practical value. It's essential to be causations and avoid wasting you money on their training programs. Equad engineering lacks industrial experience and technical knowledge and their association with IIT=M is based on a former alumni member, not on any real expertise. I urge you not to enroll in their skill development programs and invest you resources elsewhere.

There is nothing to like about the company. It's a completely a scam company. If there is an option to give zero stars I would prefer doing that.

To be honest the company make money only from the employee by taking away their certificates and not by getting any projects from the customers. And they never had predominant repeat customers. From this itself we could know how they create value to any customers they work with. Dear aspirants, there are lots of other companies who have good ethics, value for their employees and customers. Don't get into the trap and suffer later. It will be a tremendous mental pressure for you and in the end you will loose your money also. All those Google reviews are got by forcing the students while they come for that useless skill program. Don't believe. Be alert and make a wise decision about this useless unworthy company.

To be honest there are no pros for EQuad Engineering Services. I would share many things from my knowledge which you can verify with Ex-Employees there through linked in if you really wish. 1. you will be forcefully asked to submit your original certificate as security for your 2-year bond but it will be framed as " since EQuad working for some defense projects its mandatory to submit our original document". 2. EQuad proclaims itself as a standardized Engineering service organization by themselves but they have no ethics and their rules change frequently in their favor. Definitely not a transparent company 3. If they find you not working the way they wish or you defend yourself for a thing which you didn't commit - they will humiliate you, corner you, gives you lots of mental pressure even try to frame false accusations and makes you resign all by themselves and tries to impose fine if the 2-year contract is breached without any shame. 4. No proper infrastructure. Have to work in noisy surroundings. It will be like a fish market literally. 5. you will be receiving an experience letter at the end which looks unprofessional. it will be a black & white printout in a low-quality A4 sheet. 6. A particular amount will be deducted every month in the name of an incentive you have to receive at the end of the year but you will never receive it even if it is a part of your CTC. If you ask about your incentive they easily shut our mouth by saying our performance was not up to mark. 7. worst management, HR with no ethics and no growth for employees
