It's a terrible organization with no career opportunities.. management is something that we call micromanagement specially for pse managers who are absolutely perverted.. appraisal is of few hundred bucks per annum.. for the sake of your career don't even come to this company else your life's ruined

...once joining the project. One day they will provide food that is also too worst. No hike will be provided for years if you do the work and complete the tasks also they will put in below target in year end review. Managers don't know how to train employees and properly use them. They will get awarded by discriminating us and they will get increment on it and they will get position change for it. Worst ever company I have seen and they tell the company is best workplace I don't know how do they tell this kind of company is best workplace.

- Job security - Friendly culture - MNC culture - Free friday lunch - Almost at door cab facility - Decent work life balance (99% chance that no work will be there on weekends) - Decent Flexibility to change teams - 2 days per week work from home officially before covid, and can be more depending on team and manager

- No international/minimal travel chance - After 4-5 years salary may feel below market - Don't stop employees after they have resigned

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
