...nother chance is given. the trainers do not teach u properly during training . They directly fire the employees and not even giving the salary of days you have worked. The company doesn't even care about you no facilities are being provided. HR does not tell about these exam during interview and selection process. later will not respond to ur calls and mails. I request all the freshers and job seekers plz do not join episource plz find any other company or job. plz dont leave ur current job and join episource

The way they treat people . The company really cares for their employers. In between they conduct games , fun activities. You can talk to any higher authority without hesitation and there's no partiality. Everyone will listen to the ideas of even less time experienced.

The pay and the project I'm assigned in is very difficult. Optum wellmed is my project.

...ource.. it is just a company which make employee work for their benefits only... The salary is very low for a science graduate. The work culture is horrible . They just make only promises but never keep their words.

Too many things. Company policies are worst. Salary and incentive models are worst.. even they claim to achieve good place to work award is just fake coz the review and survey are filled by those coder whom they have prepared to give the good reviews. The good reviews given online are just fake. Here they have too my many internal politics and those people only can grow who can be good pet for the people which are on higher post.

...u will be satified. If you join as a fresher, you will learn alot in your life. Salary CTC growth will take time but through our quality of work we can gain more incentives more than our salary.

First 21months you will get promotions and all but not the CTC growth.

I have been working here last 2 years , episource is good start of career in medical coding. Start of company experience was good, My TL was awsome friendly and helpful also so many of problems i dont have but this year many rules regulations has been change and they are to hectic to coders . They are directly mark absent even we unable to complete target .here having target based attendence and ptos which are very hectic .this year was very hectic to me. They dont give appraisal much more dont have bonus . My TL was very supportive and helpful .

Target pressure , no work n life balance, no quality no incentive , salary hike low
