The organization gives good opportunities to learn and grow professionally and also takes care of the employee. A healthy and nice work culture with the WFH concept and provides 40k for WFH setup at the time of joining. Good guidance from management and from leads.

Dislikes

I don't feel any dislikes as I am able to discuss with my management and leads if I have any issues and get that issues to get resolved with the help of my superiors.

No Micromanagement, which is indeed a great quality. Excellent work life balance. More opportunities to learn new technologies and have excellent professional growth.

You may feel job security issue. This is client based company. Until there is not requirement from client unless you won't have work. So knowledge point of view you may suffer. If you have fresher they will hang you over period of time, later you might have to loss your job even though you have good knowledge.

Likes

The team is helpful. Management is trying a lot to improve and take the feedbacks as well. There is a long mile to go also the company is working on the processes and standards. Continuous efforts are in place to grow the organization. They have reputed clients but I feel the marketing has to be done on such a scale wherein all the CRO should be aware.

Dislikes

No Cons as such. I wish the management tries all the possible means in terms of marketing and promoting the company culture and accomplishment on all the forums. So that more people are aware of it.
