Chill working environment. Not too much work pressure.

Dislikes

Salary not paid on time. It came on 9-12th of every month. Too much office politics and ego clash. People are hired on the basis of contacts and years of experience but not on the basis of knowledge. Work and idea suggestions to seniors were not welcomed. Some seniors didn't know how to manage a team. Lacked knowledge and skills. No team support and unity. Voice for right demands were pushed down and categorized as a bad behavior and violating code of conduct. Company mentality of seniors being always right. Even if they broke the code of conduct and you were right.

Likes

They are very ambitious and directors are very young and take quick decisions and are approachable however they seems to be unaware of the politics and lady gossip in the office.. Which is very toxic.Only selected few shoe lickers are pampered and given growth, most of the team doesn't have any job security. HR is poor and not capable of independent decisions

Dislikes

No recognisation of hard work No Job security You are treated good till the time you are high contributor, little slow down may invite termination or compel to resign at short notice with humilation like putting your salary on hold etc Extreme politics and groupism and immature talent promoted... Only criteria of promotion is shoo lucking of directors and your team leader HR is poor in maintaining ethical work culture

Nothing is good - work culture is poor, no interdepartmental co-ordination, salaries delayed, expenses not paid, no job security
