A friendly nature what I liked much peers are very good and comfortable for freshers

Dislikes

Career growth is slow and salary is not upto the mark and there is a lot of politics between higher level and lower level of management

Likes

Team hardwork and good people and goosangement team Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

People are warm and friendly. The COO of the company is very humble and interacts with employees at every level sharing his knowledge and experiences which is a great learning opportunity . There are options to move into Products if one gets saturated working in Services (provided he/she has technical skills/ expertise). The work/life balance depends on the projects/accounts you are aligned to- some clients are easy and some are difficult. HR team keeps the employees engaged in lot of fun activities and celebrations. Overall it’s a great place to work if you are from insurance domain

Dislikes

Need to be more people centric - provide additional learning opportunities and skill development courses for the employees which in turn will help in talent retention as well There’s a big time breakdown in communication channel , top-down which often leads to a lot of chaos and confusion .

Likes

It depends on which team you go, some teams gives you growth opportunities and in some team you can enjoy working but you will get opportunities in those teams if you are good enough in jink chuk..

Dislikes

If you can survive here, you can survive anywhere in the world.. If you really want to learn something?work here for 2 years not more than that.. You will not get any facilities over here until unless you are ready to pay for cab.. 1000 rupees per month for cab.

A great company for freshers which always supports to new candidates, who are willing to start their IT career as well as non IT

I haven't seen any major problems with the company and its values, but some employees are not so co operative as they want to be, generally there will be toxic environment in many companies it is same within the place I work,
