... of old aged perverts in the management. They don't respect talent and hardwork. No ethics at all, very low salary and they expect you to work overtime for the same pay. You'll find old ugly men who look at women with thirst.

Worst HR, they fire people without prior notice and then they say he/she wasn't productive. This company will shut soon. There are hardly any employees PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY OR ELSE YOU'LL REGRET FOR YOUR LIFETIME!!

...ience. I was abused by my HR(used profanity) just because I wanted to resign. Unnecessary deductions from my salary. I would like to share the explanation they gave me on salary deductions, 1) We get paid only 90% of our CTC. Remaining 10% for the “ company for employing the employee”!! 2) In which 6% goes for PF , 6% “for the tables, chairs, systems and electricity provided for the employee”. 3) then ₹300-₹400 for basic govt deductions. Also, the employee gets paid only for 90% of CTC but in case of emergency if the employee takes a leave, then LOP(Loss of pay) is calculated on 100% of CTC along with LOAA which is an extra ₹750 for informing late. Also DO NOT MISTAKE THIS COMPANY AS AN MNC BECAUSE ITS NO WHERE CLOSE TO ONE.

Envoy is a very good company to work with. The company definitely value if you have the right talent.

Recreation facility should be there. All big company has it and I believe if some sort of mind refreshing things are there at the work place then it will definitely improved the quality of work

The company is good and I blame only management in it, they are horrible people, felt like I was working on a family owned business with no corporate ethics and they use cheap tricks to get rid of employees also, they were only worried about the cost and never thought about the carrier of 100 of people. About job security I will never recommend any one to join this organization, the corporate value only on the walls!

No proper recognition, no appraisal, no proper training, over all there is no knowledge enhancement program and they were no trainers
