...tivate you and never appreciate your efforts. He shows that he knows everything. Before paying salary in every month he will torture you and then pay. There is no scope for growth and sustainability. It is a trading company not a marketplace. It is like a BPO and you have to call 100-150 per day. Guys stay away from these LALA company. CEO wants that you should work on Sunday.
