Full of politics,there is no encouragement for talented people there, poor management n they choose promotion only for there favourite people not who workhard,I strongly request not to join in envista

No increments or bonus provided properly to employees,job security is completely nil

I used to like this company a lot when I newly join in Envista Tech Innovative Service, The management was very friendly and the job was secure.

Dislikes

From past few weeks I can see Company started doing cost cutting, wont feel my job is secure, lot of politics, They started keeping eye 8 hrs a day, I don't think its a good place to work now.

Likes

This company has given me a lot instarted from nowhere and i grew to an extent to be myself. A very good team, good and supportive managers. A very good place to work and grow big in career.

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike abiut the organisation it has been very good experience to be part of envista.
