...ni has the audacity to restrict access to one washroom, adding insult to injury. The salary they are giving you is not for the work you do, instead to tolerate their abusive language, they screaming and yelling at you, no matter how much work you do, in their eyes, ITS ALWAYS LESS, even when the results are better than the previous employees. Unrealistic goals are set based on outdated data, leading to last-minute demands and excessive stress for employees. Mrs. Sukhwani's lack of professionalism and manners is appalling, as she publicly humiliates employees without hesitation. It's clear that money does not buy class or decency, and this company is a prime example of that. In conclusion, I urge anyone considering employment at Envision Overseas to look elsewhere. The toxic environment, lack of respect, and unprofessional behavior make it a place to avoid at all costs.

...t Priti Sukhwani and her husband Sanjai Sukhwani, both stay in their own world and they think they have permanently purchased a slave to work for them in the name of salary they give. Both aged human have no respect to their employees, they want to know minute details of everything happening in their small office. The double agent they hired to give them all insights are doing great job of stabbing your back. Secondly, about basic hygiene, there is only 1 washroom for both male and female, everyone has to use it irrespective of any circumstances and if you use the other one Mr Sukhwani has all the rights to get you in his cabin and tell you not to use it and will ask you reason on using the other one. There is no microwave in the office, cockroach all over the place. You have only 30 mins as lunch break one cannot eat or drink anything at there respective desk, it's offensive in his eyes. Priti Sukhwani has lacks communication skills,all her money is invested in her makeover,dress and making her look young, but didn't work on her people skills where she fires employees. A mishap happened at a colleague place where fire broke at her place and she lost her mother, she was crying but didn't let her go as she wanted her University session numbers just for the sake of showing the university how dedicated she is, but has 0 humanity in her. When she hates someone she putts all her efforts in removing that employee for any reason. Both the clowns expect everything from everyone, they don't like horses who focuses on the daily task and give numbers, but they love octopuses where everyone is everywhere with 0 productivity and be held for accountability. Mrs Sukhwani aligns work to people irrespective of the experience they have without giving a breather and then bash the person like it's good for nothing. Mrs Sukhwani I am not getting any palpation while writing this, neither got one when I stood for myself. They just want humans to work for them in the form robots. To sum up, please don't join this organisation, take sometime find better opportunity but never join them.

My experience with Envision Overseas has been less than satisfactory . The treatment I witnessed & experienced was nothing short of mental harassment. The management's attitude (Priti Sukhwani & Sanjai) towards its workforce is disrespectful and, at times, outright abusive. The behaviour of management team is a major cause for concern. I observed instances of verbal abuse and intimidation by managers, creating a hostile & toxic work environment. The Office facilities at Envision are shockingly disturbed. Lack of basic amenities like toilets, fridge, microwave and etc.. The absence of proper restroom facilities is not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. The office premises are infested with cockroaches, lizards and other insects, creating unsanitary working conditions. The combination of abusive management, poor facilities, and unsanitary conditions has resulted in a hostile and demoralizing work environment. It's a challenging to be productive or motivated under such circumstances. In sum, my experience with Envision Overseas has been marked by disappointment, and I cannot recommend any one to go and join this company at all.

...ges the company is an old guy in the 50s who works in the same old fashion way. People seem like working there just for the sake of salary The owner has no shame in offering a poor salary to an experienced candidate Don't know how the company is surviving I wish such companies should be banned

Everything. No work life balance. They deduct salary like anything...they ask for your original certificate and do not return. The tourcher you like anything..CEO and founders messages in the early morning at 4 or 5 for work. Worst things to choose
