This is the first time I'm hearing that the company is sharing a profit with employees through a profits carrying scheme. Last year, I received 1,60,000 INR as a part of the profit sharing. The 10 % of all the CTC is based on the business centers performance. However, in last year, I have received 16 % against the registered of 10 % due to the company strong performance. Additionally, the company give out the gold coin during the Diwali festival to all the FTE ,And the annual get together at various overseas locations ,In February 2023 they organize the event in Thailand for the employee. Regarding the annual increment, the percentages increase higher compared to the other industries.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
