People are good. Salary on time , 7th of every month.

Management lack of system setup. One person given many responsibilities major irrespective skills. Unnecessary so much meetings, which can be avoided just by implementing softwares like ERP and on which meetings to be done not doing that seriously. Project management tool is entirely missing.. Appraisal has no fix time line ... Some years may miss in case no project... Alternate Saturday off but some month all of sudden mail can come to resume on all Saturday.. No medical insurance, only accidental. Roles are defined on papers only not in real..

Its a technocrats Company, office environment is safe for women & salary is on time and best thing Owner sir nature is very supportive, helpful and kind.

Lala company, rules are not uniform for all employees, increment a peanut, however salary given on due date,no professionalism in work.all powers are centred to CEO, which made rules for everything,all are rubber stamp.this company is only for beginners, for experience, night mare
