...olicies No onboarding process Very weak accounts section, won't properly reply. Appraisals are delayed by 5 months, but the salary payment is on-time. Lot of drama in some teams.

This is remarkably awesome that I haven't found even a single dislike about eds over the past 3 years.

Likes

EDS has great work culture. There is hard hierarchy in the organization and everyone is easily approachable. EDS is supporting all its employees by allowing them to work from home. EDS is fully transperant to its employees and they present the actual condition to its employees. There has not been a single lay off. However there was a paycut due to reduced cashflow

Dislikes

Policies and standard operating procedures are not yet developed.

Likes

EDS has a good group of people working together to achieve a common goals related to environmental issues. People at all levels are treated equally and are given equal opportunities. Personal ideas are always encouraged and welcomes with open hands. EDS gives importance to personal training and education that is relevant to the field.
