Higher authorities are not responsible, not responsive, ignorant and they try to ulitize the lower level employees to their maximum. They don't heed to the our concerns, only concerned about own performance. Unclean office and improper administration. No backup for electricity, hot environment without proper cooling technologies. They also don't have a proper system for anything. Above all the salary package is very low with an immense amount of pressure, followed by an insecure employment pattern that has been observed. Summarising, they could improve a lot by hearing out and by maintaining their principles that they speak so highly about. Unsatisfactory in other words. Thank you

1. Salary on time. 2. Exceptional office events arranged by HR dept. 3. You'll master the skill of buttering people for getting work done.

1. Appraisals and PLI/PMS cycles are not transparent. 2. Office floor feels like a BPO. 3. Senior management will make play good cop/bad cop with external stakeholders, and fun fact, you'll always be the bad cop.

Dirty Politics Performance wise there is no growth as such As per the current market there is no such volume of work The whole thing is a suffocating environment HR policies

No policies to work on for employees and only manmade pressure for work even not a proper way is given to work just pressure and without completing a work another work pressure is given and no support from team head or any seniors.
