1. Salary issue (Late every time) 2. No working protocol 3. Working environment is poor 4. Too much politics between employees. 5. No resolutions by seniors regarding work problem 6. Serior can not handle their work pressure and they gives over load of work to thier junior staff. 7. No appriciation for good work 8. No regards and rewards to their employee 9. Every time they choose mistake over good work. 10. They do not nothing extra for their employee 11. Office timing boundaries very bad and pathetic 12. They assign work in work off time

Company give opportunity to freshers engineers who wanna built there career in the same field of engineering, specialist in STPs , sewer project and jjm water supply

The working culture of the company is not good at all . And also the benefits given to engineers is minimum also HR department is full of irregularities and irresponsible towards the company staff ..

This company taught me very much. From a lab chemist to site incharge, then site incharge to overall O&M management, consent applications and their approvals etc. Work culture is very supportive. We have to compromise with one person only. Company policies are equal and same for all. I dont find any issue regarding company policies. For a better work, we need a better mindset, thanks to our director sir who allow us to think free and to do what is the best from our side.

Job is secure here until you done something really messy. Your growth is directly proportional to the effort you are making on the assignment completion on target

Company is developing its work culture and a lot to do in terms of centralization. But still its good to work here.

Well for mechanical field and also well all criterion of this company ,well policies and they give well salary hike and bonus every year .Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.All over procedures are well
