Working culture and environment is very worst.There is no promotion and appraisal.Management is very Bad.They are creating discrimination among the employees on basis of religion .Purely Gujrati people . Don't go with this company.This is Gujrati based company.There is no like things.

Teammates its the only reason i left! My civil team mate he is so rude and all works credit goes to him which he haven't done. The working culture is baddest, I haven't find any growth in this company From 2 years working There is no HR department! The account department doesnt give money on site for operations and maintanance! Full politics are going in this company!
