Likes

Envent has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. It allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with overall job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get setup in my work area. Envent does fun and interesting things such as having a large celebration once a month for all employees that month. The hiring process was wonderful and streamlined. They treat you like a person not an employee, that's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees. The office environment is fun and challenging due to pace and ingenuity around every corner, which is awesome and gives you to develop yourself in desired domains. Looking forward to making a full career at ENVENT by achieving the expectations in front of me.

Dislikes

I prefer saying that it is a suggestion rather dislike that an employee training assessment program should be there post completion of the training which I missed during training days.

Likes

The company is an overall good platform to learn new things. It's in a growing state so here we can learn a lot of things along with your main domain such as marketing, strategy making, logistics process etc. If we talk about the office culture or about the behavior of colleagues is good.
