Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths

This kind of organisation teaches you patience.... That how long can you wait for your salary. You can also learn politics and how to remain calm in worst scenarios where seniors will humiliate you.

Night sprint planning meetings Working Saturdays Work culture Constant nagging, pressure and politics 12 e leaves a year Travel to gurgaon and noida twice a week Unhealthy food Literally they have a two feet single washroom in noida Office crowd and noida location is very unsafe. Construction workers and thief's are all around

Company politics are good appraisal are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus every year. Good work environment and culture.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

This company has not any type of politics which is the best part. All colleagues are very helpfull.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Sometimes work pressure is very high. I've to attend calls and do work late night. They unnoticed appreciation from clients during appraisals. Also there is no job training for freshers hence I've to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometime because I've to finish my tasks on time as well as help freashers and other urgent works.

Work life balance was good. No work pressure.

Dislikes

Poor working conditions, poor hygiene. Food had cockroaches. Terrible cafeteria condition with open sewers. Terrible appraisal policies, randomly giving grades. No job security for all. Some people fired randomly without any notice. No technical training. Half day if 1 minute late, non cooperation from HR.
