My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

R&D team, testing team, manufacturing team etc. are located at two different places so a communication gap exists but the remedies are already being taken as of now.

This is one of the top 10 hopeless distributor companies in india. Ruled by 2-3 people, no leadership, no management, no work culture.....will never give you incentive, will cheat your money towards travel and later reject bills . No apprisal, no promotion, no career growth, no innovation. Its kind of a grocery shop selling softwares

Nothing to like about this cheat company. Do something of your own rather joining this company......writing after wasting a decade of time of my life which this cheat grocery shop .
