Great culture, nice team outing and off sight destinations and friendly crowd

Dislikes

The pay is not good considering the amount of work, new Micromanagement rules is eating away the fun culture. HR team needed some pushing to complete the induction and on boarding process despite having a significantly large team. Very less leaves and they're against WFH even if it negatively impact the productivity. Technically sound but admiration needs a lot of refinement.

They're very open minded. They were a set of people with whom it was like family. Now they have left and new people have come, so I don't think it's the same anymore.

Dislikes

They were very biased with salaries. I was extremely underpaid with in the company.

Dislikes

Company doesnt provide good mentoring or Structural training for Freshers/Interns. Micro Management Hectic work life.No balance at all. Expect employees to be available all the time. Makes freshers work on all the task without any guidance and hard work is not considered at all. Worst place to start career as a fresher

There’s a Table Tennis and PS4. Nothing else worth liking.

Dislikes

They hire and then fire in 3-5 months without any reason ! Not just normal employees but also upper Management. Worked there for 3 months, no proper training whatsoever. No details given or even any skill improvements.
