Worst company in the EdTech industry. Coding department in the Kerala region is infamous for toxic work culture, hiring and firing, unethical sales, poor management and office politics. The HR department is a puppet and not bothered about anything happen to the employees.

Academic head post given to someone who doesn’t know management even if he does not work they continue to support him for five years they promoted as category manager he doesn’t know anything about coding courses and even he can’t generate revenue he is surviving from last two years

No one bothers to help you As we are CCR we have to work like sales team We have to call 100 150 users for the sale As i have worked for 2 years in same stream it means we have to help user if they face any kind of issue but here we have to sale the course as sales team N if you dont complete calling target like 100 150 calls they will give you warning letter that we will fire you so its giving me stress n depression that i am doing my best for the company i am helping user as much as possible but they want customer care team as a sales team right now as my family situation is not good i have to do this job but we everything was ok i surely had left sorry but you guys are not seeing mental health

I really love the support from my manager- Raj and my TL - Sowmya and backend team ( Sai and naksh ) as they will be available every time and the incentive structure is fabulous

As it is remote mode so there will be no particular timings you will be working the whole day in closing deals but that’s worth as you get a bigger amount of you overachieve
