they dont have any long duration project, they will hire you as a full time employee they will tell you that they have minimum 2yrs project duration but after 3months they will ask you to releve from the company because project is end and they don't have anyother projects, I've faced this and also I've discuss with my folks everyone share the same

I was able to secure a position there, which saved me from potential career trouble. **Appeal to Entrans**: I urge the Entrans team to consider the impact their decisions have on employees' careers and livelihoods. Job security is a fundamental need for employees, and it's crucial that companies provide a safety net when client projects are on hold. Please, don't jeopardize the well-being of your employees.
