There's nothing much to like about this organisation except the fact there is bossy culture. So, if you are able to make your management happy and you can do buttering, you're good here. They are not much bothered about your technical skills, what matters most is you should be a good follower of whatever they ask you to do. office timings are on a good side though. Not much work pressure. But please don't fall for this.

Dislikes

Bad work culture. Bossy culture. Micro management. No job security, they can remove you anytime if they feel like. One man company who would not keep their commitments towards their employees and words. 18 months bond for permanent employees. Not good for growth in technical skills.
