Everything specially in finance..No work life balance..No appreciations..zeero salary hike…Zero respect to team members.. managers are doing politics every time, they supposed to be a politicians but unfortunately working here..if you are working here then you are spoiling your career. ( isse aacha pakode banane ka shop laga lo) I worked here and it was very horrible experience. Zindagi and family se pyar hai to kuch or kar lena but yaha join mat karna (From my personal experience)

Assessment will be based on your face & how you appreciate your managers & top management. They won't worry about your results. For the higher achievement, one can loss his job and other who is with lower achievement than him will get 3 rating and 8% hike

Good work environment and culture and salary hikes for few department not for all employees working.

... a lot of politics and the frequent changes by management as per his convinance.Salary and career growth is slow.

Lack of strategic planning during process implementation. Overreliance on lower-level employees to execute initiatives. Insufficient guidance and support from senior management. Disregard for suggestions and feedback from lower-level employees.
