Every company has its own set of pros and cons, and so does my company too. First of all, the work culture, where everyone is treated equally and respected. The company follows an inclusive work culture that values, appreciates and welcome employees of all background and diverse characteristics. Coming to the pays and perks, the company provides better as compared to most. The best thing apart from the work is the facilities provided to the employees for a prefect remote work setup. (The cost is entirely borne by the company). More than anything else, the company is focused on the well being of the employees and the work-life balance.

Enterprise360 is having a great work culture. My assignment with the company is fully remote and I don't need to travel to office. It's a mid size company. The work life balance and the freedom you have is great. I was previously working with an MNC where I felt like just a number, here you are respected and valued.

As an employee, you will be able to access industry-leading tools at work. Coworkers are amazingly talented with a common goal of getting the job done. Management is highly cooperative and offers a pretty comfortable work environment. This is like a family.
