Poor salary structure. Poor increment and that too not on time . No site operation funds. No material procurement on time . No support from management

culture is that people doesn't have basic professionalism. Water station and washroom always stinks. People leave their shoes openly before going home and it stinks. Cafeteria is only for seating and has limited seats which is in the open area, you don’t get spoons to eat lunch. You can’t take decisions within your limits even you are from leadership team.
