Salary and Benefits were top notch. RSU have made initial joiners millionaires over night. Engineering team used to silently and continuously re-work the changes informed by product without any dissent because they new even product was helpless with daily changes suggested.

The work life balance is completely missing. While the PM, SPMs sit out of India, the rest of the top product team, marketing and overall management is based out of US. You need to sync with them both during India morning hours (US night time) and at night (US morning). This stretches the day from 8am to 11pm on most days and on many exceptions post midnight also. The CEO is involved in every small decision and is never able to make his mind up. The rest of the top management is mostly 'Yes man'. Every text copy will be reviewed by CEO, new copy suggested and then when you implement the same, it will be again reviewed and a new copy suggested next day. Same with the UX and every product feature, it changes everyday based on the whims and fancies on that particular day. So you end up doing internal releases without anything actually hitting customers on time.

... years ,stock values have plummeted, effectively reducing employees' salaries. 8. Inequitable salary structure : PMO roles have significantly lower salaries compared to engineering and product mgmt teams, despite being help responsible for project failures. 9. Layoff and Uncertainties : The company has conducted multiple layoffs without clear criteria, leave employees on edge. Those who doesn't put oil on boss are more likely to be let go 10. Lack of Vision and direction: The company's long term vision is unclear. CEO is busy in reviewing weekly releases. Dont spend much time on future vision. They mostly work on short term vision and take drastic action. That is everything becomes critical and team has to slog to complete within short span of time. Employee retention is very low, with most people leaving within in a year or two. The exceptions are those who joined long back with $17 or less stock value. Ironically, these individuals tend to be less productive. Additionally a few long tenured Engineering managers in the cloud division have mastered the art of delegating tasks and avoiding actual work and not visible for long time.

...dle management. They will get top college grads and unable to use them properly. Bonus and hikes is just joke. Hikes based on visibility and managers (peer managers too).need to work on overnights and one day you will be get fired 😤. It’s People managed organisation. HRs policies will restrict to PPTs.

Work is overloaded. Poor toxic environment from Management. Personal property of director, micro management at toxic level No hike or raise since 2 years, everyone working on same Salary Promotions based on favourites not on talent. Management is frog of well...no MNC environment....too much direct interference. Of management in toxic way. Too much of targeting individually to employees. ..no wonder hundreds of employees left at same time. They will threaten you every day for kicking you out. Dont fall in RSU trap.... Shares have no value Overall no one is satisfies in company CS department. Highly toxic....people are quitting and now they are hiring in cheaper salary lile BPO
