This company thinks that Indian employees does not have any rights and scared to react to injustices. The terminate you immediately when your project get over citing you violated their policies etc. There are some managers specifically sitting for creating some drama by assigning you some new work immediately in parallel to the projects you are already in. These managers don't even know what they are speaking to you regarding the new project. Then they cancel the meetings and tell that you are not contributing to their projects. Then in a single day they will ask you to leave the work by yourself. This will be informed to you in a threatening way that they will make negative effects in your relieving letter and other aspect of job. If you are experienced and good in your work, then the job is not a problem. But if you ask for your rightful demands of notice period or the salary in leu for not giving you the notice period, then they say you violated their policy and because of that they can pay only one week salary as a sympathy. Please note that it is your legal right. One of the complaints was like below - One day you were present in their office in Bangalore for collecting the new laptop in front of the HR and worked till late night and send the deliverables to your US counterparts, they call it as "you were pretended to be working" and its violation of their policies. The exciting thing is that this is the reason to remove you from the job in a single day. The interesting thing is that they are not doing this to any of their US employees. This is the reason felt like they are treating Indian employees in a weird manner. Not sure about their thinking about Indians. So many employees (more than 20+ employees) got this ill fate and not ready to fight legally due to the fear for future career. They think that Indian laws are easy to break. HR is not ready to follow law of the land even after notifying them. Termination is fine provided they are given their rights as notice periods and severances. The way EnnVee treat their employees is not seen anywhere even in small companies also.
