I do not find anything that i liked it.

Dislikes

Company culture and working environment is toxic. They pay salary on 13th of every month which is no way ethical and professional. They do not provide any work from home benefits besides that they just pay half of that day if you will be working from home. Favoritism and politics is company is on top, you won't get opportunities to learn much nor they help you much to grow.

...nd this is just because of work culture and growth opportunities provided to me. In terms of learning, salary, great appraisals and motivation. I am thankful to management and my seniors. I would say that it is best place to start your career.

Dislikes

it is perfect experience overall but i feel like hiring process should be more strict as many time just to provide opportunity and chance to someone based on his/her background is not good, those people turn out to be toxic.

...of support provided during hard times like COIVD. Team and people are very good. Salary and appraisals are up to mark. What i like most is the thought process of company helping the innovators to develop there ideas and project.

i liked everything here in the company, there is nothing which i don't like. individual behaviors should not be judged for company's behaviour. this is great place to work.

... as compared to my last experience i am actually happy to be part of Ennoble IP. Salary, Appraisals, compliments for hard-work, is very timely which keeps employees motivated.

no place is 100% perfect but till now i dnt find any kind of flaws to comment for ennoble ip

I am very satisfied with the work culture and my personal career growth. I have learnt a lot and growing with positive attitude. All credit goes to Management and founders leadership. There are strict code of conducts which bothers people but those discipline actually helps to grow.

i am writing not about dislikes but company should focus on its growth first and then people as i have seen employee tend to disrespect the culture
