It's an immature company, they have no idea what they are up to, so just imagine working with a company without an objective, mission. Unfortunately, they have some big names like the owner of the company himself, who knows his potential that comes from an amazing background but the same experience and knowledge he is not able to instill in his small size company. He is failing big time in identifying the right opportunities and employees as per the capability & capacity of his organization. Not even going to comment on work culture, working with some egoistic snobs who don't even listen to clients or prospects, undermining potential clients is not a good sign. It could have been something, but sadly, not going to happen.
