The Company has a toxic culture, with a lot of favoritism influencing promotions and career growth. There is little to no value placed on feedback or suggestions. Even CA firms are much better than this. There's a lot of gossip and inappropriate comments being made on the floor. Employees are being pressured to post positive reviews about the company on external sites.

No job security, no work life balance. Management is self obsessed with themself and although they talk a lot of change,they are hardly interested in changing themselves.

Likes

Company has good working environment with supporting seniors. People working here are knowledgeable and experienced in their field. A good place for a fresher to start his/her career in international accounting. Working hours flexibility is also great.

Dislikes

Parking issue is there inside office. Otherwise everything is fine here.
