There is no professionalism here.. No work life balance. Manager doesn't know anything.. no job security. If you are fresher and want to join please don't join. They give you only one module in the Software to test. They don't have work to give. If You are giving so much of performance still they will ask for performance. If you ask for other work they will not give you.. instead they will say give performance. Manager plays alot of politics.
