Micro management Unnecessary company policies Minimum floor timing of 7.45 hrs PPT presentation on all employees group call on a random topic which is not related to your work Office politics and favouritism is at its peak. Low salary appraisal and no promotion for hardworking employees. They even interfere in the use of linkedin which not acceptable

Great environment for nurturing and fostering the talented professionals. Only organisation that I have seen Investing time and money for upskilling it's employees. Doesn't look like a start-up company at all, the way it carries it's business is like been in this industry for a long time. Experienced and well versed seniors, who are always there to lend you a hand when in need.

The working atmosphere is very cool. There is no work pressure at all. Very very warm welcome for each new joinee.

Dislikes

Working hours counting software. Exactly 8 hours may be little difficult to maintain. Bio break.. Lunch time many things can be there. At least 7.30 hours on floor should be there.
