Learning skills for way of excute and approach to contractor, inspection, documentation, standard very organised structure and duty hours also gentle compare to Pvt sector, employees behivior also good.

Temporary employees are not promoted and no salary hike provide.

Best in class salary as compared to any other PSU to regular employee as well as for outsourced. It is certified with great place to work.

Dislikes

Bridge between regular employee and outsourced employee. Even company makes difference between Regular/Outsourced/Apprentices. Especially in HR, arrogant people are there. Other departments HOD's are calm and compose. Huge thumbs down for HR dept employees

Salary Structure is not good For designers. Promotion is not based on skill but based on seniority. Some colleagues are not willing to work and will try to put everything on your shoulder.

I m contracts basis employee..so I don’t get benefits like salary,leaves,job security..so Iwant only job security other wise if you are a permanent employee so that’s company is too good
